The membership is an all-digital loyalty program where you'll get points on all your shopping, both in store and online. You'll also get special offers, rewards, exclusive event invitations and much more. 

Our membership is completely free of charge but you have to be 18 years old to become a member.

Your membership ID can be found on your account page.

It’s a fully digital membership. You can find your digital member ID to scan in stores in your member account.

Once you’ve created your account at hm.com or in the H&M app, the 10% welcome offer will appear in the My offers section of your account within 24 hours. If you haven’t received it by then, please contact Customer Service.

You’ll earn points on all your purchases in store and online. Always remember to scan your digital member ID in store to earn every time you shop. You can also earn 50 points for completing your profile, 20 points for recycling clothes, 5 points for bringing your own bag and 5 points for leaving a review. If you invite a friend to join, you’ll get 50 points after their first purchase. You can check your points balance in your member account. It can take up to 24 hours to update.

You’ll find your latest offers and rewards in the My Offers section of your account at hm.com or in the H&M app.

You’ll become a Plus member when you’ve earned 500 points in your membership year. 

Once you earn 500 points, you’ll keep Plus member status for the rest of your membership year, as well as the entire membership year that follows. Your Plus membership will only expire if you earn fewer than 500 points in a full membership year.  Your membership year is the 12 months after the date that you first joined H&M.

For every 100 points you earn, you’ll get a $3 voucher. You’ll find your voucher in the My offers part of your account. You can either use your voucher online by choosing Add to shopping bag, or in store by tapping Use in store. Please note that tapping Use in store starts a 15 minute countdown to use the offer, so we recommend activating the offer only at the till.

The bonus voucher is distributed evenly across each item you’ve purchased and not on the total amount. This means that if you return an item, you will be refunded the amount you paid for each item after the voucher was applied. Bonus vouchers will not be refunded or reissued if you make a return or exchange. If you exchange an item in store, you’ll be given an exchange for an item/s of the same value as the one you’re returning.

Bonus vouchers are valid for 6 months, and the expiry date can be found on each voucher in the My offers section of your account.

Bonus vouchers will appear in the My offers part of your account 30 days after you earned enough points. You can earn up to five bonus vouchers each month and up to 20 bonus vouchers per year.

As a member, you’ll get 25% one item on your birthday. You’ll find it in the My offers section of your account, and the offer is valid for two weeks from the date of your birthday. To be eligible, you must have made at least one store or online purchase as a member.

You can find your online and store receipts and order confirmations in the My orders part of your account.

No, it’s a country-specific membership. You can only use this membership in Australia.
