The H&M Membership is a digital loyalty programme where you collect points with every purchase, both in store and online. When collecting points, you unlock special offers, rewards, exclusive event invitations and much more.

You will find all your digital receipts from store and online purchases in your membership account. Our membership is free to join, but you must be 18 years to become a member or 16 with consent from your parents or legal guardian.

Your membership ID can be found on your account page. You can also create an alternative ID to use when purchasing in store. Simply ask the cashier at your nearest H&M store to create one for you.

For every 100p you collect, you unlock one £3 Bonus Voucher. This voucher can be redeemed both at the checkout online by selecting Add to Bag, or in store by selecting Activate in Store. Please note that by activating the Bonus Voucher in store, a 15 minute count down will start and the discount must be applied before the countdown ends. The Bonus Voucher amount is distributed evenly across each item of your purchase and not on the total amount. This means that if you return one or more items, you will be refunded the amount you paid for each individual item you are refunding.

Bonus Vouchers will not be refunded / reissued if you make a return or exchange. The Bonus Voucher amount is distributed evenly across each item of your purchase, so if you return one or more items, you will be given a refund for the amount that you paid for each item. Exchanges are available in store only, where you will be given an exchange for an item of the same value to the one you are returning.

When shopping online
Select Pay later as your payment option at checkout. Using Pay later online will automatically activate Pay later for use in store.

When shopping in-store
If you've used Pay later online before and have the latest version of the H&M app, you are all set to use Pay later in store. Just show the cashier your QR-code. As soon as it's scanned, the purchase is registered.

If you've not used it online before, make sure that your H&M app is updated. Activate Pay later easily under My Account, where you find your member QR-code.

You can always check if Pay later is activated under My Account, by clicking on your member QR-code.
