Seen something you like and have been inspired by? Use Visual Search in the H&M app to explore what we have to offer by using your own photos or screen prints. It recognises patterns, colours, items, and gives you a list of matching or similar items in stock!

 

HOW TO USE VISUAL SEARCH:

1. Open the H&M app on your smartphone

2. Tap the camera icon on the top right corner

3. Snap or upload a photo from your library

4. Crop the image if you want to set focus on a specific area

5. Tap search to upload your photo or screen print

6. View a list of similar or matching items in stock at hm.com

7. Filter or sort to refine your search result

Can’t find your size in store or want to know if an item is available in more sizes and colours? Use the Scan feature in the H&M app to find out!

 

HOW TO SCAN

1. Open the H&M app on your smartphone

2. Tap the scan icon (barcode) on the top right corner

3. Direct your smartphone towards the price tag of the item you want to know more about

4. To scan the item, make sure to fit the barcode in the frame

5. The product page will appear if the scanned item is available at hm.com

6. If available, you can buy the item online or check if it’s available in any of our stores by using the “Find in store” feature. 

7. If the item is unavailable online, you will receive a notification message on your screen

H&M has recycling boxes in clothing stores around the world. All textiles are welcome, from all brands and in any codition. Drop off your unwanted textiles in the garment-collecting box, usually next to the cash desks, and you'll recieve a Bonus Reward.

If you are in a store, you can ask the sales advisors if there is a possibility to reserve an item. We don't have the ability to reserve items in store through customer service.
