You can choose between Standard Delivery or Express Shipping to either a home address or parcel pick-up point.

Standard Delivery (1-10 Business days /$8.95)

Free for members on orders over $70 and free for Plus members on all orders. We will deliver your purchase within 1-10 Business days after receiving your order confirmation. Choose between home delivery or to an alternative address. We deliver Monday-Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.

Same day delivery ($16.95)
We now offer same day delivery in selected suburbs. The shipping option will be available in checkout for eligible postcodes. Please note we cannot delivery to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. Orders must be placed before 11.30 am AEST to receive same day delivery. Please note this service is not available on weekends.

 

Express Shipping (Up to 4 Business days/$12.95)

We also offer Express Shipping for orders placed before 1 pm. We will deliver your purchase in 1-4 business days for Metro areas & 2-7 Business days for Non metro areas after receiving your order confirmation. Choose between home delivery or to an alternative address.

Locker PUP express via Australian Post (1-7 Business days, $12.95)

1-7 business days, $12.95. Only delivered on business days.

Locker PUP Standard via Australian Post  (1-10 Business days, $8.95)

1-10 business days, $8.95. Free delivery for members on orders over $70 , always free for Plus Member. Only delivered on business days.

We offer you the following delivery options:

Delivery to your home address: select Home delivery as delivery location in checkout and make sure that your home address is ticked as delivery address.

Delivery to an alternative address: select Home delivery as delivery location in checkout, untick your home address as delivery address and select or enter an alternative address. 

Don’t forget to add your Unit/apartment number or house name in the Address 2 field.

The Standard Delivery fee is $8.95 / free for H&M members for orders of $70 or more / free for Plus members.

The fee for Express Shipping is $12.95.

We start processing your order quickly which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option. 

However you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead as we have a short grace period after the order is confirmed. 

Sign in to My Account and view your online orders under My Purchases. If the ‘Cancel Order’ button is visible, you can select this option and your order will be cancelled.
